When you use a form on this site, your name, email address, any phone number you choose to provide, and whatever you write in the message field are sent directly to me by email. Nothing is stored in a database on this website.

Participant registration and waiver forms completed before a lesson may include emergency contact information and any health or accessibility details that affect safe instruction.

Information is used only to reply to you, plan and deliver instruction, and respond appropriately in an emergency during a session.

I do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and I do not send marketing email unless you ask me to.

Information is not shared with third parties except where a range facility requires participant details for its own check-in, waiver, or safety process, or where disclosure is required by law.

Photographs of students are only published with permission. If a photo of you appears here and you would like it removed, email me and I will take it down.

Signed waivers and registration forms are retained as records of instruction. Email correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful for scheduling and follow-up.
