From an introductory hour at Cherry Ridge to a full-day 900-yard experience, book a spot below and we'll confirm within 24 hours.

This is not an NRA-approved course.

Bookings are private instruction and range time with an NRA-Certified Pistol Instructor and Range Safety Officer. They are not NRA Basic Firearm Training courses, do not follow NRA course curricula, and do not issue NRA course completion certificates. The National Rifle Association does not sponsor, endorse, or administer these outings.

Every participant must complete a liability release, registration form, and range safety acknowledgment before live fire. Download the waivers & forms.

Pricing

Half day — $350 per guest (approx. 3 hrs on the range)
Full day — $600 per guest (5–6 hrs, includes lunch break)
Bullethole intro — $200 per guest (1–2 hrs, plus range fee)

Range fees at Cherry Ridge are included. Griffin & Howe private bookings are quoted separately based on group size and range time. Ammunition is purchased separately by the student — from the range when available, or bring your own lawfully acquired factory ammunition (we’ll discuss acceptable brands and types beforehand).

You bring

— Eye protection (safety glasses)
— Ear protection (foam plugs or muffs)
Both are available for purchase at most ranges if you don't own them.

Where we can shoot

Cherry Ridge (Vernon, NJ) — my primary range. ANJRPC member; I can host up to 2 guests.
Griffin & Howe — private group bookings; golf attire required (no blue jeans, no t-shirts).
Bullethole (Belleville, NJ) — no membership required, just a range fee. Great for a short instructional visit.
Your range — if you belong to a club or want to try one, we can plan around it.
